  2. SYMPTOMS. Signs may include fainting, total collapse and no pulse.
  3. CAUSES. Twitching of the heart (which is useless and incapable of pumping
  4. blood) replaces the distinct heartbeat. It may stem from a heart attack,
  5. drug overdose or electric shock. This is a grave emergency.
  6. TREATMENT. Seek medical help immediately.
